Cancellations*

For all cancellations where deposit payments are made using Paypal, we will charge you any Paypal fees we incur in processing your deposit/refund, and deduct these from your refund.

In the event of a cancellation we always do our best to resell the room. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to make the following charges:

• For cancellations with more than 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit minus an admin fee of £5.

• For cancellations of less than 14 days notice, we will retain the deposit.

• For cancellations of less than 5 days notice or failure to arrive, we will charge 1 night’s full room rate on all rooms booked.

Please note, from 1 April to 30 September we are normally able to resell rooms in most instances without any problems. However, we recommend you have travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs you might incur.

*These conditions apply to all bookings made from 8 November 2010. Bookings made prior to this date are subject to the cancellation policy in operation until 31 October 2010.
